The new user has a clean/fresh steam user save which I think is keeping me from encountering all the glitches previously.
The safest way I was able to restart was by creating a new user on my PC and playing from there. I tried unsyncing to cloud and numerous other workarounds but each time I restart I start to encounter more and more glitches the longer I play ( usually within the first 1-2 hours ).
